I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in San Francisco, California. I have over five years of experience doing individual, family, and group psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. Having worked in a number of both clinical and research settings over the years, I acquired the ability to deliver therapeutic techniques that research has demonstrated to be effective to a diverse clientele.

My services include individual and group-based psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults - which I tailor according to the unique needs, personality, and presenting issues of each individual. While my clinical expertise spans a wide array of psychological issues, my training occurred primarily in the context of a Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) – based graduate program. This enabled me to establish a solid background in the techniques that have been deemed most effective in remedying a variety of childhood difficulties, particularly anxiety. During my internship at Vanderbilt University, I pursued additional training in mindfulness-based therapy, in order to enhance my ability to facilitate greater healing, wholeness, and mindful living among my adult clients. While on postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center, I further refined my clinical skills in the context of specialized training in adolescent therapy.
